Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of services offered by Sid Media Services ("we", "our", "us"). By engaging us for any service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Service Scope

We provide creative digital media and marketing services including video editing, reel making, animation, voice over, influencer marketing and Google & Meta Ads. The exact scope, deliverables and timelines for each engagement are defined in a written quote, proposal or statement of work agreed by both parties.

2. Project Timelines

Estimated timelines are provided at the start of every project. Delays caused by late client feedback, missing assets, or scope changes may extend the agreed timeline. We will communicate any such impact promptly.

3. Content Ownership

Upon full payment of the agreed fees, ownership of final deliverables created exclusively for you transfers to you. Stock assets, third-party music, fonts and templates used remain subject to their respective licenses.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

Sid Media Services retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio, case studies, and marketing materials unless a written non-disclosure agreement (NDA) is in place. Pre-existing IP, methodologies and tooling owned by us remain our property.

5. Revision Policy

• Each deliverable includes the number of revision rounds specified in the project quote (typically 2 rounds for reels/videos, 3 rounds for animations).
• Additional revisions are billable at our standard hourly rate.
• Major scope changes after approval may require a revised quote.

6. Advertising Services

For Google & Meta Ads engagements, ad spend is paid directly by the client to the respective platforms unless otherwise agreed. We do not guarantee specific ad performance outcomes, as results depend on factors outside our control (platform algorithms, market conditions, product-market fit, etc.). We commit to applying best practices and transparent reporting.

7. Payment Terms

• An advance payment of typically 50% is required before project start.
• Balance is due upon final delivery, before high-resolution / source files are released.
• Retainer engagements are billed monthly in advance.
• Invoices unpaid beyond 15 days may incur late fees and suspension of services.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information shared during the engagement. We are happy to sign mutual NDAs upon request.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sid Media Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

10. Termination Policy

Either party may terminate an engagement with 15 days' written notice. Fees for work completed up to the termination date are payable in full. Advance payments are non-refundable once production has commenced.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page.
